Accounting (Financial Reporting & Analysis) constitutes a key body of knowledge for any financial analyst, and is critical for passing the Level I and Level II CFA® Exam.  It is the most heavily weighted group of sessions in each exam, with a 20% weight.  Some candidates find these sessions to be the most demanding session in the CFA program.

Separate Modules have been designed for Level I and Level II candidates.

Who should attend the class?  Candidates preparing for the CFA Level I or Level II CFA Exam.  If you have not taken a CFA review program, this seminar will fill certain voids in your understanding.  If you have taken a CFA review program, this seminar will not only reinforce concepts that you may have already been exposed to, but it will also enhance your understanding of certain concepts that may not have been covered in your class, or which may have been unclear.  It may provide the critical incremental knowledge that makes the difference between passing and not passing the Exam.

Ron Quintero will be your instructor.  Ron has 10 professional licenses, including CFA and CPA, and has been one of the most active CFA instructors on the planet over the past two decades.  Besides CFA training, Ron regularly gives accounting and financial statement analysis seminars to CPA's, investment bankers, and security analysts, in addition to special programs for professionals with little or no background in accounting.

Course format.  The class will blend a lively presentation, enhanced by PowerPoint slides, reinforced by numerous in-class problems.

You will receive the same Financial Reporting & Analysis Q-Notes that are provided to candidates in our full-semester course (approximately 450 pages for Level I, and 250 pages for Level II).
